The Direct Marketing Association offers the Mail and Telephone Preference Services, which allow you to opt-out of direct mail marketing and/or telemarketing from many national companies. Use the addresses or links below to subscribe to the DMA's Mail and Telephone Preference Services.

Not all bulk mailers use the Direct Marketing Association services. We have listed some other mail preference services below. Send a postcard to each address and request your name and address to be removed from their mailing lists. If you receive junk mail under different names or different spellings, be sure to include those in your requests. For example, if you receive junk mail under the names, Susan Jones, Suzie Q. Jones, S. Q. Jones, and S. Quinn Jones, request removal for all those names.
