Solid Waste Management in Florida
August 1998 Instructions:
The 1998 annual report is available in Adobe's Portable Document Format (PDF). If you
do not already have a copy of the reader software, it is available free-of-charge from
Adobe's site. Click on the yellow button above to download the software now.
Once you have the Acrobat reader software installed, you may download the entire report
or specific chapters.
Please read these instructions very carefully.
To download the entire report:
- Create a directory on your hard drive for the report.
- Download the following file, saving it in the directory you just created.
download file swm_98.zip (2.3 Mb Zip File
format).
- Unzip the file and extract it into the directory that you created in Step 1
- Either click on a specific PDF file to open the Acrobat Reader or open the Reader and
choose File-Open-"filename".
To download specific chapters of the report:
- Make sure that you have the Acrobat Reader installed.
- Click on the appropriate chapter below and the Acrobat Reader will open up inside of
your web browser
- You may desire to save these files to you hard drive. If so, follow these steps:
- Create a directory on your hard drive
- From you web browser, hold down the "Shift" key and then click on the file you
desire
- Select the directory that you just created as the location to save the file.
- Once the file is downloaded, open your Acrobat Reader and view the PDF file.
