The following archived documents are available as a courtesy to facilities and state managers who have employed previous versions of the data collection protocols. All new facility data should be provided to UNC and ELI using the latest version of the protocols, which is available for downloading by pressing here.

Archived Pilot Project Protocols

The first set of archived protocols was used by early participating facilities in the ten pilot-project states, in municipalities participating in the USEPA’s first municipalities EMS project, and in USEPA Region I’s StarTrack program:
