Pilot Project Protocols

The first set of protocols is to be used by facilities participating in the ten NDEMS state pilot projects, the USEPA municipalities project, and USEPA Region I’s StarTrack program:

Control Facility Protocols

The second set of protocols is to be used by facilities that have been recruited by the Environmental Law Institute (ELI) to participate in the NDEMS control study, and by other facilities that wish to collect and report comparable data. Facilities that download these files are not directly involved with a state or federal EMS pilot project:
